Our Story

Mixta Taqueria started in 2018 when Chef Maria decided to bring her grandmother's recipes from Mexico City to the streets of Denver.

What started as a small operation at local farmers markets has grown into one of Denver's most beloved food trucks. We pride ourselves on using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients and authentic cooking techniques.
